Shipping policy
Every NYX piece is made to order — we don't hold stock, and nothing is produced until you order it. That means no overproduction and no waste, but it also means your order needs 2–5 business days of production before it ships.
Delivery times (after production)
- Denmark: 3–6 business days
- Rest of EU: 5–10 business days
Total estimated time from order to delivery is typically 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels — you'll get a tracking link for each.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Customs & duties
We currently ship within the EU only, so no additional customs fees apply.
